Blessed One
I’ve been made a most special one whose flight has now just begun among the clouds so softened for me. I rest easy now that my soul is set free. I inherited the Holy Spirit to be my friend. To dwell in paradise to no end.
Louise Starling G. Fuller was blessed with the favor of God. Affectionately called, Dolly, Louise was born in Williamsburg County, Heineman, South Carolina, to the late Frank and Viola Croskey Starling on October 31, 1930.

Answering The Call
Louise was baptized at the age of 17 years old in Union Baptist Church, Salters, SC. When she was in the willingness in a dream, she promised the Spirit that when she had work to be done, if she would send for her, she would come. Given the work that she has done, apparently she answered the call. Her first position in Union was Recording Secretary of the Usher Board.
A New Beginning
August 11, 1956 began a new era in her life. She was married to her fiance`, Walter Gillard, Jr., by the late Rev. Tisdale. From this union came forth, Walter, III, Margota, Zacharette and Terry Ann. To Whom much is given, much is required.
